  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information to monitor its delivery.

  • Amazon’s MCF network offers the following shipping options:

    • Expedited Shipping:
      • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days
    • Priority Shipping:
      • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and Amazon's carrier service. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States only.
  • At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these are not supported by Amazon MCF.

Free Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, Amazon will provide a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the carrier’s tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us at support@trymoramor.com. We will work with Amazon to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at support@trymoramor.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
