Return Policy

At Moramor Essentials, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we stand behind the quality of our supplements, we also have to consider the nature of our products to ensure safety and compliance. Please review our return policy below.


Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@trymoramor.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds for unopened products will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@trymoramor.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used supplements, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased on clearance or as part of a sale.
  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
