This is a very unique product because it’s supposed to target hair growth, and give you a little energy. I definitely noticed a jolt of energy due to the caffeine, which is perfect in the morning or during the midday slump. Surprisingly, my hair does feel a little healthier and shiny. The taste is mid. Definitely has like a vitamin taste to it, but I put it in a little orange or cranberry juice And I don’t taste it at all. Very impressed with this product.
